He (the friend's son) inherited a used minikick from a friend (3rd child to use it). He was zipping around our neighborhood at 18-months (no kidding!). He's even faster than the tough six year old next door who has been in every sport since--i don't know--birth? My two and a half year old loves it--and so began the search for the same scooter. It took a while to research it and find the right one. There are so many toddler scooters, but as soon as I saw it I knew. It has two wheels in the front instead of the back and it's low to the ground so that turning is easier and falling is less harmful. They actually seemed to have designed it with toddlers in mind.
