My daughter has gotten hers caught in her hair 2 times!! Leaving her with 2 bald spots. It tells you how to untangle hair in the instructions but it’s hard to turn the hamsters off when it’s in a screaming child hair. When I called the company they put me on hold then they disconnected the call. Still going to try back yet again.
